Join us in sharing the age-old story of Clara and her toy Nutcracker as they dance through adventurous worlds of make-believe. All dancers 6 years and older with all styles of experience welcome to audition!

Auditions
The audition will include ballet, some acro skills, and acting. If your dancer is interested in auditioning for pointe roles please have them stay for the last segment of the audition.
The purpose of this audition is for casting, and there is a role for every dancer who would like to participate! Casting will be released by August 19th. Please know that by auditioning you are committing to performing in the Nutcracker and the required availability below. Dancers can choose one of the auditions to attend. |

Cost
Audition Fee: $15
1 Role Rehearsal Fee: $145 - students that select this option will perform in one part of the show and will have fewer rehearsal hours.
2+ Role Rehearsal Fee: $285 - students that select this option will perform in multiple parts of the show, and should anticipate attending more rehearsals.

Parent Volunteers
Parent volunteers are vital to Nutcracker running smoothly and cost effectively. There are many different roles that a parent volunteer can take and I ask that you plan to be heavily involved. These roles include: sewing, making props, hanging posters in the community, backstage room parent, lobby sales, ushering, quick changes, prop managing, load in, & load out.
